I had two occasions to be treated at 4 Oaks here in Pasadena. Once for a rotator cuff strain and once for a scapular / lower back strain. On both occasions, with twice a week in house plus daily home exercises the extremely debilitating injuries were completely alleviated after two months and one month respectively. The staff, physical therapists and assistants were all extremely professional and caring. This facility is totally awesome and to be highly recommended for anyone with an injury to be rehabbed.

I feel like this physical therapy is different from the one i went to before. I've learned a lot at both, but this one has a much more personal feel to it. The therapists I've seen have explained things so thoroughly and they are very hands on and I don't feel rushed or like I'm part of a juggling act. I also really like the semi-private "room" type areas you do the work in. Overall, they are very personable, knowledgeable and thorough for each individual client.

They were polite, answered all my questions, told me what they were going to do, managed my expectations. Went from unbearable pain walking from injuries sustained in the military to getting back out hiking, traveling and going to the gym. Was able to get back up on a snowboard and experience life again.

Since PT had been unsuccessful in the past, I was reluctant to start again. The team made PT approachable starting with aqua therapy and gradually moving to land and introduced more challenging exercises. Highly recommend.

My whole visit with 4 oaks is always a pleasure from the time i walk in and see Dorian smiling face until i leave , Kristen is always so welcoming , extremely helpful not only with trying to get my health back in order but I’m making her patients feel completely comfortable! I feel that I have even grown close to all Kristen , Dorian and Kennedy. They all help to make sure my visits are great , and are extremely understanding and accommodating considering I do not have the easiest work schedule. Ultimately at 4 oaks , they are geared towards you leaving them feeling much better than which you came.

Love this place, everyone is very warm and helpful, they give all they have to get you back to normal if possible. It doesn't stop there, they actually like the periodic updates and are genuinely happy for your continued recovery. I went to the Pasadena location and can only say they have the best staff to work with.....Kristen, Sarah, Noah, Shen, Bobby and Jordan were the ones I worked with and couldn't have been more satisfied. .....❤👍
