Stephanie and Madison have worked together to help me with my full shoulder replacement. The staff has been excellent in keeping my spirits up and to get me thru this ordeal of surgery. The friendly folks at 4 Oaks Glen Burnie really know their stuff and do well to take care of you. I was dealing with some pain and stiffness in my back after a car accident, and was recommended to visit here. After just a couple weeks of sessions (as well as following my provided at-home exercise regimen), my mobility was significantly improved and I felt much better overall. Sessions are also very affordable, but the icing in the cake was that they took my insurance so I didn't even have to worry about that.

I also want to give a very special shout-out to Destiny, Stephanie, and all the lovely folks here with a desire improve people's lives. You guys are the best in the business!

I have had the best experience with 4 Oaks Physical Therapy. I had a total knee replacement in January and started therapy three days later. Getting my new knee to straighten and bend is I gotta say an very painful process but it has to be and I would not have been as satisfied if all of my therapists had not worked so hard to get me where I needed to be. I learned to laugh through the pain and the more pain the more I laughed. Stephanie, Emily, Henry, Shushanti and all the techs thank you so much for your help in getting me through this process. I almost can’t wait to see you guys in January when I get my other total knee replacement surgery. Good luck with your new baby girl Stephanie. Can’t wait to see pictures.

I can't thank Henry and Stephanie enough. I came in with radiating pain in my leg with 3 goals: to be able to watch/play/carry my grandkids, to be able to work in my yard, and to avoid back surgery. They patiently worked with me to increase my core strength, improve my posture and develop good lifting technique. It will never be perfect because the underlying problem is still there, but I am able to carry 30 pounds of granddaughter, crawl on the floor with a 9 month old, and garden for 10 hours over 2 days. All wins and I know I don't express it adequately enough to them, but they and the entire staff were wonderful.

I am a 71 year old female who came to 4 Oaks Physical Therapy in Glen Burnie with extreme pain due to sciatic nerve inflammation. I was unable to do most of my normal daily activities. Thanks to the dedicated and extremely knowledgeable staff, I am now back to my normal activities of daily life with little to no pain. 4 Oaks PT in Glen Burnie helped me after my knee replacement surgery. They were wonderful! I had not been able to completely straighten or bend my knee for over twenty years I’ve worn braces. By the time I was finished PT, I could not only completely bend my knee and straighten my leg again but I could walk again. I got a pinched nerve in my neck the second week of my therapy from having to use a walker that tightened up all the muscles in my neck, shoulders, and arm on my left side. I couldn’t even use my left arm. The staff at 4 Oaks worked on that issue as well for me! I can’t thank them enough! I recommend 4 Oaks PT for everyone.

I was only at 4 oaks for around 5 - 6 weeks for my back, I couldn't sleep in my bed and had no back strength. I am now discharged with a proper solution to my problem, a great exercise plan, and a better understanding of my problem. These folks are wonderful.

Tom was always adding new exercises into my routine to help push my recovery. he was always willing to answer questions, and he was always a fun guy to talk to.

Stephanie was always so cheerful and willing to work on my back extra hard to get it stretched out and better, she even suggested I get a wedge for my bed and now I can't go back to sleep without one.

Raph is a wonderful, fun loving, energetic young man with a great sense of humor who always challenged me to try higher weights and more reps, it was great (except the planks).

Joe was always so eager to see everyone and always had a smile on his face, was always asking if I was doing ok, and was also just a fun person to be around.

This group really was the best I could have hoped for and I never once felt judged by anyone in the building, it's a great atmosphere and I will miss them, they truly made a positive impact on my health and my life.
